Alex Nieves, President
Mr. Nieves is the President of ManTech CSI, responsible for oversight of all operations functions of the organization, as well as product research, development and strategic planning. Alex also leads ManTech International’s Cyber Security & Operations sector as the Senior Vice President. He has lead his team at ManTech to develop and support multiple global cyber operations and establish a network of cyber laboratories in support of U.S. Government customer missions for more than 9 years, with more than 24 years of experience supporting cyber operations, information operations and investigations.

Alex came to ManTech International after serving as a member of the U.S. Air Force as an Air Force Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) responsible for counterespionage, counterterrorism, inteligence, computer crimes investigations and cyber security operations. Prior to becoming a Special Agent, he also served as a special weapons and tactics operations chief and Information Operations Agent assigned to the Combined Defense Operations Center. Mr. Nieves began his career in the Air Force as part of the Air Force Security Forces Law Enforcement Unit.

While serving in the military on assignments worldwide, Mr Nieves dedicated his time to undergraduate studies in Criminal Justice, Information Systems Management and Business Management from, AFCC, Troy State University and National University.

Alex holds a B.S. in Business Management & Leadership from National University.

Tiffanny Gates, Senior Vice President of Business Development, ManTech Mission, Cyber & Technology Solutions Group (MCTS)
Ms. Gates is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the ManTech MCTS group with responsibility for Business Strategy and Acquisitons. She is also the Vice President of ManTech Cyber Solutions Inc (CSI), responsible for managing operations for the organization, to include research and development, production and strategic planning. Before serving in this role, Ms. Gates served as the Chief Technology Officer for the legacy Security & Mission Assurance group and Deputy Chief of the Cyber Buisness Unit, which recently merged with other divisions to become MCTS.

Tiffanny came to ManTech International with the acquisition of her company, Emerging Technologies Group, USA in August 2008. She served as the President and CEO of ETG for more than five years with a successful track record of growth, recognition in the computer forensics and analysis community and successful coordination of global operations. Prior to her role as President and CEO, Tiffanny served as ETG's Corporate Vice President and Chief Operations Officer to DoD and U.S. Government customers. In addition to her experience at ETG, Tiffanny served as a consultant to a National Security/Information Assurance Team for the Commander, Naval Security Group and supported construction of C4ISR architectures for the Information Operations and Maritime Cryptologic Architecture Program. She also worked with the National Security Agency as a technical analyst specializing in counterintelligence threats posed by Information Technology. Tiffanny is a United States Naval Academy Graduate who served in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Officer for more than 7 years. She resides in Great Falls, Va, with her husband and two children.
